Bases para la evaluación del diseño de la vivienda
Abstract
ResumenPartiendo de la necesidad de evaluar la calidad de diseño de
la vivienda de interés social en Bogotá en función de las
necesidades y expectativas de sus habitantes, se expone un
procedimiento que parte de un enfoque temporal donde se
articulan el pasado a partir de la consideración de las
tradiciones y costumbres, la teoría de las necesidades
presentes en su evolución y las expectativas como expresión
de las potenciales transformaciones futuras. Esto lleva a la
necesidad de un diseño flexible que permita la adecuación de
la vivienda de forma progresiva. Se define la vivienda como
solución de diseño en un enfoque amplio que involucra la
evaluación del espacio habitable a escala arquitectónica, la
relación con su entorno inmediato y con la ciudad a escala
urbana. Se presentan las variables, parámetros e indicadores
a partir de las cuales se estructura el modelo teórico para la
evaluación de la calidad del diseño de la vivienda.
