A partir
ABSTRACT: Multiple examples exist of an architecture
based on the observation of nature from simple imitation
to the pursuit of the implementation of principles and
mechanisms. This paper aims to explain a didactic
methodology on specific processes of nature-inspired
design. It draws on bio-typology as a creative tool for the
generation of the shape (morphogenesis) that facilitates
the transfer of natural morphologies to architecture. The
result is a conceptual design that draws on abstraction
and synthesis to emulate biological behaviors that lead
towards architectural spatiality.
