RESUMEN
Roberto Goycoolea Infante. Interview on the principles of Architectural education at the Universidad del Bío-Bío, Chile
ABSTRACT: The interview with Roberto Goycoolea Infante, National Architecture Prize in 1995, allows one to know the thinking about project teaching of one of the leading architects of Chile. Noteworthy is the influence that had his academic training at the Catholic University and his own professional experience. His background translated into an extensive work that has become a reference in the panorama of modernity in the country, especially in the 1960s -1970, and part of the urban and architectural heritage of the city of Concepcion. These two areas, academic and professional, are directly related to project teaching as a constructed context of human and social dignity, taught by him at the first workshops of the emergent School of Architecture of the Universidad Técnica del Estado
