La holografía en la divulgación y conservación del patrimonio cultural cubano
Abstract
Resumen: Con el surgimiento de los hologramas reconstruibles con luz blanca y su desarrollo en la última década del siglo pasado, se abrieron grandes posibilidades para su utilización como medio de educación social por sus características de producir una imagen tridimensional que constituye un duplicado óptico de un objeto.
En el trabajo se muestran los resultados alcanzados en la aplicación de la holografía a la museología como contribución a la divulgación y conservación del patrimonio cultural cubano mediante la construcción y utilización de exposiciones holográficas permanentes en museos, lo cual constituye un resultado de extensión universitaria de las investigaciones físicas realizadas.

Abstract: With the emergence and development of the white-light holograms, new possibilities were created for its utilization as a social education medium due to the characteristic of producing a three-dimensional image which constitutes an optical duplicate of the object.
The paper shows the results achieved in the implementation of holography to museology as a contribution to the dissemination and conservation of Cuban cultural heritage through the construction and use of permanent holographic exhibitions in museums as a result of university extension from physical investigations conducted.
