Premisas de intervención para una rehabilitación integral de la Plaza de la Vigía
Abstract
Resumen
La recalificación de los espacios públicos demuestra ser una de
las alternativas más factibles para comenzar el proceso de
rehabilitación de centros históricos. La Plaza de la Vigía, en la
ciudad de Matanzas, es uno de estos espacios potenciales que
se entrevé como el obligatorio sitio de partida para las labores
de rescate patrimonial en la urbe. En este trabajo se tiene por
objetivo determinar las premisas de intervención y cronología
de las acciones para rehabilitar la mencionada plaza mediante
un minucioso estudio de la histor ia y la aplicación de
herramientas de gestión empresarial.

Abstract
The requalification of the public spaces demonstrates to be
one of the most feasible alternatives to begin the process of
rehabilitation of historical centers. The Vigía Square, in the
city of Matanzas, is one of these potential spaces that can be
seen like the obligatory departure place for the works of
patrimonial rescue in the city. The objective of this paper is to
determine the intervention premises and chronology of the
actions to rehabilitate the Vigía Square by means of a
meticulous study of the history and the application of tools of
managerial management.
