UNA OBRA DE NUESTROS TIEMPOS INSERTADA EN TRINIDAD
Abstract
El centro histórico de Trinidad posee valores excepcionales conservando un conjunto que mantiene entrelazadas las sucesivas tipologías constructivas de los siglos XVIII y XIX. La Oficina Municipal del Conservador regula la conservación
de los edificios, la trama y los ambientes urbanos controlando además la inclusión de nuevas edificaciones. La obra objeto de este artículo fue concebida para insertarla en la zona de transición en los límites del casco histórico urbano. Se hace una síntesis del repertorio arquitectónico de referencia en la ciudad, estableciéndose los criterios reguladores del diseño y las pautas que
permitieron que la expresión arquitectónica resultante no destruyera el valor ambiental del conjunto urbano en que se inserta la obra.

The historical center of Trinidad possesses exceptional values that maintain the successive constructive styles of the XVIII and XIX centuries. The Conservative’s Municipal Office regulates the problem of the conservation of the buildings, the
plot, urban atmospheres and it controls the inclusion of new constructions. The buildings, object of this article, were conceived to insert it, in the transition area, in the limits of the urban historical helmet. It is made a synthesis of the
architectural repertoire of reference in the city, the approaches regulators of the design and the rules that allowed that the architectural expression
resultant didn’t destroy the environmental value of the urban place in that the work is inserted settling down.
