El solar del palacio Velasco Sarrá en el reparto de las Murallas
Abstract
ResumenEl palacio Velasco fue uno de los edificios de gran porte en
construirse a principios del siglo XX en el frente marítimo de
La Habana extramural. La transformación urbana del sitio fue
auspiciada y ejecutada por el ingeniero Dionisio Velasco para
la edificación de su morada. El presente trabajo aborda la
situación del área donde fuera insertado el palacio, los
proyectos ejecutados en el sitio y algunos datos sobre tan
destacada familia.
