INCIDENCIA DEL MEDIO AMBIENTE EN LAS FACHADAS DE LAS VIVIENDAS COLONIALES SANTIAGUERAS
Abstract
Se analiza la situación actual de las fachadas de las viviendas coloniales santiagueras, las lesiones presentes y su estado técnico, evaluando los elementos
componentes y caracterizadores de esta arquitectura para la recuperación de sus valores por cuanto constituyen ejemplares significativos de un modo de
hacer en materia constructiva.
Se estudian las relaciones entre las fachadas y el medio físico donde se desarrollan, teniendo en cuenta la orientación de las viviendas, la época de construcción y los tipos de fachadas; de igual forma, las características generales de la ciudad y de su centro histórico en cuanto a relieve, geomorfología, hidrología,
condiciones sísmicas y parámetros climáticos, determinan un comportamiento en cuanto a las lesiones que aparecen con mayor incidencia en las mismas.

The work analyzes the current situation of the facades of the santiagueras housings colonial, the present lesions and its technical state, evaluating the
component elements and characteristic of this architecture whereas for the recovery of its securities constitutes significant copies in a way of making in constructive matter. The relationships are studied between the facades and the means where they are developed, keeping in mind the orientation of the housings, the construction time and the types of facades; of equal it forms, the general
characteristics of the city and of their historical center as for relief, geomorphology, hydrology, seismic conditions and climatic parameters, they determine a behaviour as for the lesions that its appear with more incidence in the same ones
