RESUMEN: Los comentarios en TripAdvisor suponen una nueva fuente de análisis del interés de los turistas. Este artículo pretende definir los elementos que delimitan la percepción de los visitantes del Fuerte del Morro según nacionalidades. Para ello se han procesado digitalmente sus comentarios valorando las palabras citadas como un incidente crítico. Los resultados obtenidos apuntan a que además de las cuestiones meramente históricas, otras de carácter turístico o del entorno cuentan con similar atención. Todo esto lleva a varias conclusiones, entre las que cabe destacar la necesidad de dotar la visita al monumento de una experiencia patrimonial más intensa, así como usar esta metodología para una mejor gestión cultural.

Musealizing Morro Fort (Havana). Possibilities from the Perception of the Tourist
ABSTRACT: The comments on TripAdvisor are a new source of analysis of the interest of tourists. This paper aims to define the elements that are behind the perception of visitors to El Morro Fort, according to their nationalities. For this purpose, their comments have been digitally processed, valuing the words cited as a critical incident. The results obtained suggest that in addition to merely historical issues, other tourism or environmental aspects received similar attention. All this leads to several conclusions, among which it is worth noting the need to provide a more intense heritage experience, as well as using this methodology in a better cultural management.
