RESUMEN: La COVID-19 ha tenido gran impacto sobre la arquitectura y el urbanismo, lo que se refleja en numerosos artículos que abordan los escenarios actuales y las medidas implementadas hasta el momento en diferentes países, a la vez que se aventuran hipótesis sobre posibles soluciones de cara al futuro. Se analizan algunos de estos trabajos. Se concluye que la arquitectura y el urbanismo se encuentran ante un cambio trascendental en su historia.

Architecture and Urbanism in Times of Pandemic
ABSTRACT: The pandemic has had a great impact on architecture and urban planning, which is reflected in numerous articles that address the current scenarios and the measures implemented so far in different countries. Similarly, hypotheses about possible solutions for the future are ventured. Some of these papers are analyzed, concluding that architecture and urbanism are facing a momentous change in its history.
