Abstract

El artículo es una reflexión sobre el proyecto artístico y participativo del mismo nombre Trópico Entrópico. Multiplicación del paisaje interior; una aproximación a los modos de habitar en siete ciudadelas en el Centro Histórico de la Habana. Los inmuebles se encuentran en la calle de San Ignacio No. 202 y 214; en la calle de Cuba No. 212; y en Aguiar No. 155, 159, 261 y 408, así como la casa de la Obra Pía —la que fue una de las más grandes ciudadelas de la Habana Vieja. El proyecto ganó un reconocimiento al mejor proyecto de la XII Bienal de la Habana, y cuenta las radicales modificaciones de los espacios internos de los edificios, llevadas a cabo por sus inquilinos con el propósito de ampliar sus departamentos, a costa de los espacios comunes o de dividir el interior de los mismos con el objetivo de acomodar un número mayor de residentes.
