alcanzar.
nacional, internacional y regional: propuestas

of Ecuador’s political agenda, well the equitable
development, the autonomy and the decentralization of
the different government levels continue being objective
to achieve. This article endorses this debate through a
historical-critical and interdisciplinary discussion over
the institutionalization and evolution of the National
Planning in Ecuador (1952-1982) and the “physicist”
and “regional” approaches of the National Development
Plans. For this purpose, are analyzed studies, schemes
and plans, elaborated by national, international and
regional developmet entities: proposals that will
be formulated in supporting Center-South Region
develompment and partially implemented at the microregional
scale.
