Condiciones de habitabilidad y valor espacial en viviendas de zonas patrimoniales. Caso de estudio: Primelles
Abstract
ResumenEsta investigación tiene el propósito de explorar las posibilidades
de transformación de los inmuebles de vivienda en zonas de valor
histórico para adaptarlas a las necesidades poblacionales
actuales, bajo las premisas de incrementar sus condiciones de
habitabilidad sin afectar los valores espaciales que se transfieren
al espacio público a través de elementos que identifican la ciudad.
El estudio se realiza sobre la base de dos variables que resultan
significativas para el objeto investigado; la habitabilidad y los
valores espaciales y se toma como caso de estudio la calle
Primelles, la cual forma parte de la Zona de Valor Histórico Cultural
del Cerro. Se propone conservar los elementos componentes de
los espacios originales de sala y saleta y mantener la función para
los cuales se diseñaron, recomendándose transformaciones más
acentuadas hacia espacios no conectados directamente con el
exterior, sin afectar la esencia de la composición tipológica de las
viviendas. Los resultados obtenidos en esta investigación permiten
concluir que para transformar el fondo habitacional de zonas
patrimoniales a partir de las premisas de preservar el valor espacial
de las edificaciones de viviendas y lograr buenas condiciones de
habitabilidad, es preciso realizar intervenciones que rebasen las
actuaciones individuales, lo cual puede servir de referencia para
futuras intervenciones en otras zonas de la ciudad.
