EVALUACIÓN DE SOLUCIONES CONSTRUCTIVAS DE VIVIENDAS PARA INSERTAR ZONAS CENTRALES COMPACTAS DE LA CIUDAD
Abstract
ResumenEl proceso de rehabilitación integral urbana que ha tratado
de promover la Dirección Provincial de Planificación Física
de Ciudad de La Habana, requiere necesariamente de la
inserción de nuevos edificios multifamiliares de vivienda
en lotes disponibles dentro de la trama urbana de las zonas
centrales. Como respuesta a esta problemática la Facultad
de Arquitectura desarrolló una investigación a través de
diferentes tesis de diploma, maestría y doctorado en varias
etapas. Este trabajo está dirigido a seleccionar las
soluciones constructivas de viviendas más apropiadas para
ejecutar en dichas zonas. Como resultado se llegó a una
evaluación de las soluciones constructivas disponibles en
el País, de acuerdo con el fin propuesto.

Abstract
The urban thorough renovation process promoted by the
Provincial Division of Physical Planning in Centro Habana
requires necessarily the insertion of new multi-family
building plots that would be available in the central area
of the city. As a way to provide a solution to this problem,
the School of Architecture led a research through diploma,
master and doctoral thesis. This work is aimed at choosing
the most appropriate housing constructive solutions to
be implemented in such areas. As a result, an assessment
of the available constructive solution in the country was
made according to the purpose put forward.
