La experiencia de la Universidad en el sostenimiento del sistema distrital de parques de Bogotá.

RESUMEN: Se presenta el problema de la definición y concreción de las diferentes modalidades posibles en la relación Estado – Comunidad – Academia, con el objetivo de lograr establecer en este caso, escenarios
adecuados para viabilizar esta relación, en miras a constituir un modelo de intervención que luego retroalimente los contenidos curriculares. Para esto
se constituyó un convenio con una entidad del orden distrital, se conformó un equipo interdisciplinario al interior de la universidad, se definió un sitio estratégico de intervención y se logró la participación activa tanto
de los usuarios del parque, como de los vecinos del entorno. Como resultado se tiene una metodología de intervención y un modelo de gestión social desde la academia. La experiencia demuestra la necesidad de continuar desarrollando este tipo de iniciativas para configurar con mayor claridad el trabajo mancomunado entre los diferentes actores.
ABSTRACT: This study presents the problem of definition and concretization of different modes of relations among State-Community-Academia, with the aim of establishing adequate scenarios for implementing such relationships. For this, an agreement was established
with an entity of the district order, an interdisciplinary university team was formed, a strategic site for intervention was defined, and active participation from the community was achieved. The result was
methodology of intervention and a model of social management from the academy. The experience shows the need to continue developing such initiatives to set more clearly the joint work between the different actors.
