Conservación del paisaje urbano en el centro histórico de la Ciudad de Guanajuato (S XVI-S XXI)

RESUMEN: En este artículo se estudia el paisaje urbanoarquitectónico
de la ciudad de Guanajuato en sus distintas
etapas de transformación y desarrollo urbanístico.
El estudio se vale del enfoque epistemológico para
comparar y analizar tipológicamente su estado de
conservación actual. Se partió de un análisis históricotipológico
de la ciudad y posteriormente se aplicaron
técnicas comparativas fotográficas, análisis de los
componentes del paisaje y estudio de la dinámica social,
para caracterizar los procesos urbanos sometidos a
las afectaciones económicas-culturales y sus valores
estéticos (poli sensoriales). Se concluye que se trata de
un paisaje en proceso evolutivo depredador y se sugiere
revisar la reglamentación y las regulaciones urbanas,
así como establecer nuevas estrategias de control
para la conservación del paisaje urbano de la ciudad de
Guanajuato, Patrimonio Mundial de la Humanidad.
ABSTRACT: In this article the urban-architectural
landscape of the city of Guanajuato is studied in
its different stages of transformation and urban
development. The study uses the epistemological
approach to compare and typologically analyze its
current state of conservation. It was based on a
historical-typological analysis of the city and later
photographic comparative techniques were applied,
analysis of the components of the landscape and study
of social dynamics, to characterize the urban processes
subjected to the economic-cultural affectations and
their aesthetic values (poli sensory). It is concluded
that it is a landscape in predatory evolutionary process
and it is suggested to revise the urban regulations
and regulations, as well as to establish new control
strategies for the conservation of the urban landscape
of the city of Guanajuato, World Heritage of Humanity
