RESUMEN:
An overview of industrialization in construction activity
ABSTRACT:
The present article begins with the author's personal reflection on the existent tendency in connection with the handling of the concept of industrialization of the construction. In this reflection arguments are exposed that offer clarity as for the appropriate form of how this concept it should be focused. Later on it is approached the main reasons that they originated the appearance of the technique of construction prefabricated employee in a massive way basically in countries of the European continent and some of the consequences of the handling of this. Lastly it is approached the main tendencies of the technical constructive development and the influence, in different environments, of the inclusion of tip technologies or advanced in the same one, supporting with examples upgraded in developed countries.El presente artículo comienza con una reflexión personal del autor sobre la tendencia existente en relación con el manejo del concepto de industrialización de la construcción. En esta reflexión se exponen argumentos que ofrecen claridad en cuanto a la forma adecuada de cómo debe ser enfocado dicho concepto. Posteriormente se señalan las principales razones que originaron la aparición de la técnica de construcción prefabricada empleada de forma masiva básicamente en países del continente europeo, y algunas de las consecuencias del manejo de esta. Por último se abordan las principales tendencias del desarrollo técnico constructivo y la influencia, en diferentes ámbitos, de la inclusión de tecnologías de punta o avanzada, apoyando con ejemplos actualizados en países desarrollados.
