La vivienda del pobre en La Habana de la República
Abstract
ResumenLa vivienda del pobre en La Habana de la República
tiene como objetivos caracterizar la evolución del
tratamiento del tema de la vivienda, en el período
entre 1900 y 1958, en las publicaciones especializadas,
así como en otras publicaciones que tocaron el asunto.
La Habana se toma como referencia porque en su
territorio se concentraba, según datos del Censo de
1953, el 50 % de las viviendas urbanas del país y el
27 % de la población nacional. Además, evaluar su
trascendencia y el impacto en el debate teórico y en la
conformación de una ética profesional del arquitecto.
