Viviendas en Nueva York: dos experiencias
Abstract
Aquí se presentan dos experiencias en el tema del hábitat en la isla de Manhatan, que muestran caras diferentes de la vivienda neoyorquina actual. En un caso, un programa para personas de pocos recursos, donde se enfatiza en aspectos de gestión y en el otro, un edifico de alto estándar y avanzada tecnología, vinculado al espacio público: un parque, donde se muestra una posibilidad de alta calidad de vida.
Abstract: Two experiences about the habitat in the island of Manhattan which show different aspects of houses in New York nowadays are presented here. In one case, a programme for low income people where emphasis is made on administrative aspects and in the other case a high standard building with an advanced technology linked to a public space:a park, where the possibility of a high quality of life is shown.
