Preservación del patrimonio modesto. Indagaciones sociomateriales en la ciudad de Tandil, Argentina
Abstract
Resumen: La valoración de las viviendas que forman parte del paisaje cotidiano de las ciudades, constituye un relevante avance en el desarrollo patrimonial. Mediante un abordaje histórico urbano-arquitectónico y social en una ciudad intermedia bonaerense de Argentina, Tandil, se indagan estrategias para la preservación sustentable de su más destacado patrimonio modesto. Desde una concepción de la investigación de carácter principalmente cualitativo, se expone un proceso metodológico que comprende el cruce de relevamientos in situ con el análisis de planimetrías, bibliografía y fotografías, junto a la realización de entrevistas y encuestas de opinión centradas en la conciencia-concientización de los usuarios. De esta forma se presenta un desarrollo metodológico, teórico y de transferencia factible de ser apropiado a otros contextos y bienes domésticos.Palabras Clave: patrimonio modesto, vivienda, preservación, sociedad, sustentabilidad.
Abstract: The valuation of houses that form a part of everyday landscape of the cities, constitutes an important step forward in the patrimonial development. By means of a historical urban-architectural and social boarding in an intermediate city of the province of Buenos Aires in Argentina, Tandil, strategies for the sustainable preservation of its most relevant modest patrimony are explored. From a conception of the nature of research primarily qualitative, it is exposed a methodological process that understands the crossing reports in situ with the analysis of mappings, bibliography and photographies, along with interviews and public-opinion polls focused on awareness-raising conciousness of the users. In this way, it is presented a development methodological, theoretical and of transferency, feasible of being adapted to other contexts and household goods.KeyWords: modest heritage, housing, preservation, society, sustainability.Downloads
