ECONOMÍA DE LA CONSERVACIÓN DEL PATRIMONIO EN EL CURRÍCULO DE ARQUITECTURA Y URBANISMO
Abstract
El desarrollo humano local precisa cada vez más de laconservación del patrimonio edificado. Sin embargo, el diseño
curricular que ha regido la formación de arquitectos y
urbanistas no siempre ha reflejado la intención gradual de
priorizar aspectos económicos de la conservación. En Cuba, el
plan de Estudios aprobado recientemente constituye un intento
conceptual loable, pero existen limitaciones significativas para
garantizar la calidad de la formación a la que se aspira con su
implementación. Se requerirá, ante todo, ser conscientes del
papel protagónico que deben cumplir los docentes en la
actualización permanente del conocimiento científico, en aras
de optimizar el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.
