Progresividad y flexibilidad en la vivienda. Enfoques teóricos.
Abstract
RESUMEN: Las políticas habitacionales actuales en
Cuba no favorecen la transformación de la vivienda
en el tiempo de acuerdo con la evolución natural de
la familia, lo que hace imprescindible incorporar en el
diseño los conceptos de progresividad y flexibilidad.
El presente artículo expone la discusión terminológica
y los enfoques asumidos sobre el tema y sus distintas
expresiones, resultado de la discusión científica en el
colectivo de investigación al que pertenecen las autoras,
conformando así el modelo teórico de base para su
aplicación práctica.
Se abordan las modalidades de progresividad y los
tipos de flexibilidad existentes a partir del análisis de
los criterios de diversos autores, estableciendo una
clasificación propia que constituye un aporte teórico de
la investigación y que relaciona ambos términos.

ABSTRACT: Current Housing Politics does not satisfy
the necessities of the Cuban family and the house
transformations through time according to its natural
evolution. The objective of this investigation is to
propose solutions of progressive and flexible housing
that allow satisfying the future life quality of the family
and the city.
This article summarizes the terminological
discussion on the subject and the opinions assumed
inside the theoretical pattern as the base for its
practical application.
