Problemas teórico del mediio ambiente en la promoción cultural universitaria
Abstract
Resumen: Valoraciones del desequilibrio teórico- práctico de la promoción cultural universitaria del medio ambiente en el Instituto Superior Politécnico José Antonio Echeverría. El diagnóstico realizado constata como problema la preponderancia de proyectos para la solución práctica de afectaciones ambientales en detrimento de la promoción cultural de problemas teóricos que le originan. Su objetivo es valorar equilibrio teórico-práctico de la promoción cultural universitaria del medioambiente en los proyectos socioculturales para guiar la gestión de extensión hacia la génesis de la crisis medioambiental en el Instituto. Los métodos histórico lógico, literatura especializada, análisis documental permitieron como resultados: clasificación de problemas medioambientales en atención a su esencia teórica u operativa, diagnóstico de la dimensión sociocultural del medioambiente mediante proyectos socioculturales en el Instituto, avales de instituciones, Programas, Redes y Evento Internacional.

Theoretical Problems of the Cultural Promotion of the Environment at the Universities
Abstract:Evaluations of the theoretical-practical imbalance of the cultural promotion of the environment at the Polytechnic High Institute José Antonio Echeverría. The diagnosis states as a problem the preponderance of projects as practical solution for the environmental affectations, in spite of the cultural promotion of the theoretical problems that cause them. The aim of this study is to evaluate the theoretical-practical balance of the cultural promotion of the environment at the University in sociocultural projects to guide the extension management towards the genesis of the environmental crisis at the Institute. Historic-logical, specialized literature and documentary analysis methods allowed the author to reach the following results: classification of the environmental problems by their theoretical or operative essence, diagnosis of the sociocultural dimension of the environment by means of sociocultural projects at the Institute, endorsement of Institutions, Programs, Networks and International Event.
