Uso de suelo y ambiente interior
Abstract
ResumenAprovechar al máximo el suelo urbano es un principio esencial
para el desarrollo sustentable del medio ambiente construido.
El aprovechamiento del suelo depende del modelo urbano y
también de la tipología arquitectónica, pero el principal factor
condicionante que vincula ambas escalas es la relación entre el
interior y el exterior que influye directamente en el ambiente de
los espacios habitables. Por otro lado, la tipología de los edificios
de vivienda resulta decisiva en el uso de suelo y las densidades.
El artículo presenta un enfoque metodológico para la evaluación
de modelos urbanos y tipologías arquitectónicas (edificios de
vivienda), a partir de parámetros e indicadores de su calidad y
economía, donde el uso de suelo y el ambiente interior son las
principales y contradictorias variables estudiadas. Los resultados
permitieron establecer indicadores para el planeamiento urbano
y el diseño arquitectónico en aras de obtener un apropiado
aprovechamiento del suelo urbano, asegurando al mismo tiempo,
adecuadas condiciones ambientales en los espacios interiores.
