TRANSFORMACIONES EN EL BARRIO OBRERO ¿NECESIDAD O INDISCIPLINA?
Abstract
Cuando originalmente fue proyectado el antes llamado ParqueResidencial Obrero de Luyanó, actual Barrio Obrero, se hizo pensando
en satisfacer un grupo de necesidades sociales. Sin embargo, la marcha
del tiempo y las modificaciones que este impuso al proyecto inicial, han
derivado en una serie de cambios que han reformado el aspecto y la
intención inicial del proyecto.
El presente trabajo identificará esas modificaciones realizadas en el
Barrio Obrero sobre el planteamiento inicial, como resultado de los
cambios sociales y aquellos derivados de la falta de mantenimiento y el
paso del tiempo.
