LA ORFANDAD DE LA TEORÍA Y LA CRÍTICA TRES CARAS DE UN MISMO PROBLEMA
Abstract
Un análisis de tres problemas: intervenciones que realiza
la población sin asesoría adecuda, las debidas a
instituciones, también inadecuadas; las ideas erróneas
para la nueva arquitectura. Ejemplos de otros problemas
en el contexto urbano-arquitectónico cubano, que afectan
la calidad de la arquitectura y la imagen urbana. Entre sus
causas: la falta de una crítica adecuada y desarrollo de
principios teóricos que guíen el quehacer proyectual y
constructivo en pos de un ambiente mejor cualificado

An analysis of three problems: The interventions of the
persons without the adequate consult, the ones of the
institutions, also not appropriate; the wrong ideas for the
new architecture. Examples of others problems in the
Cuban urban- architectonical context, that affect the
quality of the architecture and the urban image. Among its
causes are: the absence of an adequate criticism and a
development of theoretical principles which guide the
projection and constructive job for a better qualified
ambient.
