La Manzana Piloto: Una propuesta para la intervención en la ciudad histórica
Abstract
ResumenSe presentan de manera muy breve los procesos de
estructuración futura de la ciudad histórica y las posibilidades
de intervenir en los tejidos existentes, aplicando el resultado
de investigaciones llevadas a cabo en Cuba desde las últimas
décadas del siglo XX, que permiten la utilización de los
potenciales existentes en el interior de sus propias
urbanizaciones.
Palabras clave: Ciudad histórica, comportamiento climático, tipologías
formales, densidades, tejidos históricos, planeamiento y diseño urbanos,
refuncionalización.
