ABSTRACT: The design needs to strengthen its theoretical and design practice with the use of knowledge of other fields of science as well as the development of specific research projects in order to improve the design of
objects. Users need easier to use products while adaptation to the context they inhabit. The recent progress in cognitive neurosciences regarding the
visual perception and its proactive condition can be a useful tool in the design practice.
